Horváth Gergely e583c77a7e - Added bellDelay support for Live Activities; both standard push notifications and Live Activities now use the bellDelay value (default: 0). IMPORTANT: Holidays and school break(spring,summer,autumn,winter) activities do not apply bellDelay.

- Implemented background fetch on iOS: the app now refreshes every 30 minutes in the background and sends timetable changes to the backend if any are detected.
