Jason Simmons 0f801f8dbd [Impeller] In Paint::CreateContents, do not set a color source size if the size is empty (#163099 )

The Canvas::DrawVertices lazy texture function will be unable to create
a snapshot based on an empty color source size.

Flutter Engine

`gclient` bootstrap

Flutter engine uses gclient to manage dependencies.

If you've already cloned the flutter repository:

Copy one of the engine/scripts/*.gclient to the root folder as .gclient:
1. Googlers: copy rbe.gclient to enable faster builds with RBE
2. Everyone else: copy standard.gclient
run gclient sync from the root folder
