Yegor d4772e591c [web] warm-up frame does not block schedule frame (#162779 )

Fix the issue with the first frame not rendering, introduced in
https://github.com/flutter/flutter/pull/162554.

Nobody filed an issue yet. I found it while testing something else.

Flutter Engine

Setting up the Engine development environment

`gclient` bootstrap

Flutter engine uses gclient to manage dependencies.

If you've already cloned the flutter repository:

Copy one of the engine/scripts/*.gclient to the root folder as .gclient:
1. Googlers: copy rbe.gclient to enable faster builds with RBE
2. Everyone else: copy standard.gclient
run gclient sync from the root folder
