`intl` [0.18.0 added](https://pub.dev/packages/intl/changelog#0180) a [`NumberFormat.decimalPatternDigits`](https://pub.dev/documentation/intl/latest/intl/NumberFormat/NumberFormat.decimalPatternDigits.html) pattern that allows `decimalDigits` param.
