- Delete code paths that handle screenshots for the HTML renderer
- Delete artifact enums for the HTML/AUTO renderers (and all their
usages).
- Remove HTML/AUTO renderers warnings.
- Delete the HTML/AUTO renderer enums (and all their usages).
- Delete tests for all the above.
