Chris Bracken 479e533b01 Clarify libimobiledevice doctor check message (#10406 )

This message will be emitted both when libimobiledevice requires
updating, or when it has not yet been installed.

It's also not specifically the version of Xcode that it's incompatible
with, it's the lockdownd daemon, which is actually more closely tied to
iTunes.

Flutter tools

Tools for building Flutter applications.

To run the tests, ensure that no devices are connected, then navigate to flutter_tools and execute:

../../bin/cache/dart-sdk/bin/pub run test
