6eb12c6843 [macOS] Update template icons to Big Sur style (#103739) 
Updates the AppIcon assets in the macOS app template to meet Apple's
icon guidelines as of macOS Big Sur. Assets were moved to the
[flutter_template_images][1] package, which includes them as of version
4.1.0.

b5d3c43280 Check string size before Win32 MultiByte <-> WideChar conversions (#99729) 
This patch adds an additional check to ensure the target length of a string is within the supported maximum string length prior to calling WideCharToMultiByte/MultiByteToWideChar in the Windows runner template.

This is to prevent resize() from failing if called with a count > std::string::max_size().

According to Win32 API docs (WideCharToMultiByte, MultiByteToWideChar) it's the caller responsibility to make sure the buffers are correctly allocated.

31e3364771 Update outdated runners in the benchmarks folder (#91126) 
This change updates the platform runners in the benchmarks subdir.

I've attempted to replace the entire group with new code as if the project were recreated with flutter create so that they don't become a Frankenstein of minor changes to make it work again, but just plain old generated code that can be replaced and updated in place.

8405868db4 Update outdated platform directories in examples (#91125) 
The first of three or four changes to update the platform directories of the packages in the Flutter repo that have out date platform code.

This batch includes updating the flutter_view example, updating the sanity check numbers in analyze.dart, and adding some missing Podfiles in the examples. I also eliminated some trailing whitespace in the templates for Android.

1c36271b05 Reduce required Windows CMake version to 3.14 (#89390) 
When we landed the CMake minimum requirement constraint for Visual
Studio 2019, we landed it with minimum version 3.15, since that's what
was shipping with the current version of VS 2019 at the time. Looking at
the release notes of earlier versions, it's clear that earlier versions
of Visual Studio 2019 shipped with version 3.14. See:

Looking at release notes for CMake 3.15, there are no features/fixes
introduced in that version that we are dependent on.
